TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
- Registration and payment
1.1. The deposit paid to PT Swarna Brehwu Travel (“WalkingWalking.com”) is non-refundable including the payment of 50% of the price per pax per Participant.
1.2. Participants are prepared to complete all the required documents according to the timetable and arrangements of the embassy of the destination country. The visa fee must be paid even if the visa is not approved by the embassy, as well as if there are other costs such as cancellation of a hotel, train and/or air ticket due to delays that are not necessarily in line with the embassy’s deadline for completion of the visa procedure, and also other travel costs will be charged to the trip participants.
1.3. Registration without a deposit is non-binding and may be cancelled without notice to the participant.
1.4. Payment of the trip price is due 14 days before the departure date.
1.5. Registrations made less than 15 days before the departure date must be paid in full immediately.
1.6. Applicants who are over 70 years of age or who have limited function of the limbs or senses or mental limitations, must be accompanied by a family member, friend or relative who will be responsible during the visit.
- Deviations
(Deviation; change, extension, addition / deviation of the travel route outside the travel route that has been programmed by Walkingwalking.com)
2.1. A deviation can be processed if you have paid a deposit and enclosed a photocopy of your passport/ID card.
2.2. Deviations can be granted if the number of departing and returning participants has reached the quota stipulated in the airline regulations.
2.3 If the deviation has been approved, it will be charged according to the airline’s regulations and cannot be reverted to the original schedule.
2.4 Walkingwalking.com does not guarantee confirmation of the plane, hotel, etc. if the participant wishes to extend the tour schedule. If the deviation request cannot be approved by the airline, the participant will automatically return to the original schedule.
2.5. Deviations that shorten the tour schedule do not benefit from a reduction in fees compared to the original standard tour fee.
3 Cancellations
In case of cancellation of the trip by the participant before the departure date, the cancellation fees are as follows

The above cancellation charges also apply to :
Participants who change the departure date or alter the type of trip organised.
- Participants who are late in providing visa requirements in relation to the deadline set by WalkingWalking.com and as a result participants cannot depart in time because the visa application is still being processed by the embassy.
iii. In the event of cancellation by either party (Participants or WalkingWalking.com Tours & Travel) due to natural disasters, war, epidemics, acts of terrorism or other circumstances of ‘Force Majeure’, the above provisions are subject to change at any time without notice, depending on the policies of airlines, hotels and overseas agents.
iv (Force Majeure; an event that occurs beyond human capacity and cannot be avoided, so that an activity cannot be carried out as it should).
- WalkingWalking.com has the right to cancel the registration of tour participants who have not paid a deposit or settlement within the time limit set by WalkingWalking.com Tours & Travel.
- If the visa application is rejected, even though the ticket was issued prior to the approval of the visa application, due to the necessity of the airline deadline, the visa fee is non-refundable and the participant is still subject to cancellation and administrative penalties in accordance with the terms and conditions of the airlines, hotels and overseas agents.
vii. The Participant’s registration deposit is non-refundable if the Participant cancels unilaterally.
- Refunds
4.1 Tickets for air, rail and other means of transport as well as unused accommodation are not refundable.
4.2 If the potential participant is absent or ill before the planned departure date, the refund or cancellation fee is indicated in the article on cancellation.
4.3 If any of the services in the package are not used by the participants due to absence or illness during the trip, the participants will not be entitled to any refund.
- 4. For participants in the trip who are not allowed to enter or who are deported by the immigration authorities of the local country (even if they have a visa), or who are rejected by the airline, or who, during the trip, suffer from an illness, or mental disorder, or during an accident, who are forced to return or deviate from the trip specified in the travel programme, or who are forced to cancel part / almost all of the trip after departure, are not entitled to a refund or any other form of return for unused or unused services.
Walkingwalking.com and all its agents are not responsible and cannot be sued:
- Accidents, loss of luggage and late arrival of luggage due to the actions of the airline or other means of transport, then the standard of reimbursement is based on the provisions of the international airline or transport service provider used.
- Loss of personal belongings, luggage, property entrusted to us at airports, hotels and criminal acts suffered by travel participants during the trip.
- Flight delays or cancellations, and all events that occur outside the control of Walkingwalking.com.
- Modification or curtailment of trips due to natural disasters, riots and other “force majeure” events.
- Departure of participants due to illness or accident during the trip.
Parties of Walkingwalking.com and all rights agents:
- For the convenience and smoothness of travel arrangements, WalkingWalking.com Tours & Travel has the right to issue air, rail and other transportation tickets, accommodations, tickets to tourist attractions without verbal or written confirmation to registrants who have made a deposit.
- For CIS, Walkingwalking.com has the right to cancel the departure date of the tour, if the number of participants is less than 15 adult participants, and the tour price paid will be refunded in full.
- For convenience and to facilitate the organisation of the tour, WalkingWalking.com Tours & Travel has the right to ask participants to leave the group if the participant concerned attempts to create a riot, disrupt the event, request by force, provide incorrect information about the event etc.
- Change the hotels to be used because the hotel is fully booked and replace it with another hotel of the same level according to the consideration and confirmation. If, during the period of travel, an exhibition/conference is held in the cities visited, it will be replaced by other equivalent hotels in neighbouring cities.
- The tour programme can be changed at any time according to possible conditions, without reducing the content of the event.
- com Tours & Travel has the right to charge the difference between the tour prices and others (if there is an increase in tour prices, airport taxes, etc.).
